We use coaching information to help coaches understand student progress, behavioral patterns, submissions, and support needs inside a specific program enrollment.
Who Can Access It
Authorized internal users such as owners, admins, and coaches may access data needed for their role. Students can only access their own student workspace and active program materials.

Retention And Security
We retain records for as long as needed to provide access, handle support, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the academy.
