We use coaching information to help coaches understand student progress, behavioral patterns, submissions, and support needs inside a specific program enrollment.

Who Can Access It

Authorized internal users such as owners, admins, and coaches may access data needed for their role. Students can only access their own student workspace and active program materials.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, monitoring, analytics, backups, and security. We do not sell student personal data.

Retention And Security

We retain records for as long as needed to provide access, handle support, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the academy.
