Refund and Cancellation Policy

How refund and cancellation requests are handled for Core Trade Academy programs.

Offer-Specific Terms Apply

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program, promotion, invoice, agreement, checkout page, or written offer terms provided at the time of purchase.

If an offer includes a stated refund window or guarantee, that written offer controls the request. If no refund term is stated, fees may be treated as non-refundable once access, onboarding, live coaching, recordings, or fulfillment has started.

How To Request Review

Refund or cancellation requests must be sent through the official support channel with the student name, enrolled email, program name, payment reference if available, and reason for the request.

Core Trade Academy may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, and enrollment before deciding on the request.

Access After Refund

If a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or payment reversal is approved or processed, portal access may be removed or limited.

Refunds do not create any right to keep restricted program recordings, resources, templates, or private coaching materials.
